Way 1: Backup iPhone Calendar to PC with iTunes
iTunes only provides the feature to back up all of your data including Calendar and others.
Step 1: Connect your iPhone with the PC and run iTunes.
Step 2: Click the cell phone icon, select Summary, check This Computer, and then click Back Up Now button.
Step 3: Wait a moment and it will be complete.
Restore Option: As you might have guessed, iTunes can only restore all of the files & data, which means you can’t choose Calendar only.
Way 2: Export Apple Calendar to PC with iCloud
Step 1: In your iPhone, open Settings > iCloud > Calendar and turn on it.
Step 2: Go to iCloud.com and select the Calendar icon.
Step 3: Find the one you want to transfer to PC, click the WiFi icon beside. Check Public Calendar and click Copy Link.
Step 4: Open a new tab on the browser, paste it on the address bar, replace webcal with http, and then press Enter. The download will begin and you’ll get an ics file.
Restore Option: You can send the ics file to yourself via email and add it to the calendar by clicking it on email.
Way 3: Export ios Calendar to PC without iTunes or iCloud
Step 1: Open iSunshare iSyncGenius and connect your PC with iPhone, and then click Trust on iPhone. It’s recommended that you have iTunes installed on your computer. （No need to run it.)
Step 2: On the Back Up, click Next.
Step 3: Select Classified backup and check Calendars (and others if you want). Choose the location you wanna store the backup files.
Step 4: Tap Start and it will finish in seconds.
Restore Option: Unlike iTunes, this APP allows you to back up and restore only Calendar.
First, click Restore > Next.
Then select Classified Restore, choose the one you need to restore, and click Next.
After that, select Calendars only and Start recovery. Now your calendar is restored to your iPhone.
