Sometimes we need to transfer a huge amount of our images and photos to another iPhone when we change our old iPhone to a new one or we just need to send those photos to others who need them. This brings up the question of how to share and send pictures from iPhone to iPhone.

I will give you 3 of the simplest solutions to do this shown below.

Solution 1: Pass photos from iPhone to iPhone using iCloud

Solution 2: Send photos from iPhone to iPhone via computer without iCloud or iTunes

Solution 3: Transfer photos from iPhone to iPhone by AirDrop

Solution 1: Pass photos from iPhone to iPhone using iCloud

Step 1: First you must make sure that you got enough free space on your iCloud account (5 GB storage for free each Apple ID), and sign in to your Apple account on iPhone with photos.

Step 2: Then on the iPhone with pics, turn on photos syncing on iCloud. iPhone > Settings > Your name > iCloud > Photos > On.

Step 3: Wait for it to finish uploading images to the iCloud.

Step 4: Once finished, go get another iPhone to receive photos. Sign in to your Apple ID on that device.

Step 5: Enable iCloud on this received iPhone by Settings > Your name > iCloud > Photos > On, and wait for iCloud to download photos to your local iPhone device.

Solution 2: Send photos from iPhone to iPhone via computer without iCloud or iTunes

Step 1: Open iSunshare iSyncGenius on your PC/laptop, and connect both of your iPhones to the computer. Click Trust on the popup of each iPhone.

Step 2: Click Transfer, select the iPhone which sends photos on the left, then another will be on the right automatically to receive them.

Step 3: Click the blue Transfer icon.

Step 4: Check Picture if you want to transfer photos only, and click Transfer Now.

Step 5: Wait.

Step 6: Once data transferring succeeds, tap Finished.

Step 7: Now check your new iPhone.

Solution 3: Transfer photos from iPhone to iPhone by AirDrop

To be honest, this is the most convenient way to transfer several files or some data between two iOS devices. But for a larger number of photos, it will not be a good choice though.

Step 1:

To be sure your AirDrop in the two iPhones are on for everyone, swipe down on the top-right of the screen, press, and hold the WiFi icon.

And then tap AirDrop. Choose Everyone to turn on in.

Step 2:

Open the Photos application on the iPhone with pictures to be sent, select all of those you want to share, and then tap the Share icon.

Step 3:

Select AirDrop and tap another iPhone which belongs to you.

  • May vary on different iOS versions.

Step 4:

Now another iPhone should receive the photos.
